At Rural 1st, fostering the growth and development of the next generation of leaders in rural America is a cornerstone of our mission. One of the most meaningful ways we facilitate this is by investing in the programs that offer leadership, personal growth and career opportunities in agriculture. Through our partnerships with FFA and 4-H, we help empower hundreds of thousands of youth across our territory.
In 2023, we continued our commitment to FFA and 4-H by supporting awards and educational initiatives across Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee. Our impact is one way we’re nurturing the future leaders who will shape and serve our communities.
