  • myAccount is our online platform where you can view your accounts, transaction history, move money and sign up for mobile banking.

    We’re working on improvements that will allow you to see your current loans, upcoming payments, and make it easier to complete tasks and upload documents within myAccount.

  • Click the link above or open the mobile app.

    Select the Register link to begin. You will need your Social Security Number (or EIN), Loan or Account Number, and your Customer Number (CIF). These can be found in your closing packet or account statement.

    You will also need access to the phone number you provided for your loan application to verify your identity.

  • You can view your construction loan details, draw schedule, inspections, and project status through BUILT. If you need help accessing the project dashboard or submitting draw requests, please contact your Construction Specialist.

    If you haven’t registered yet, you should have received an email a few days after your loan closing with your access information.

  • Currently, myAccount is available by invitation only. To enrolled in myAccount, please reach out to our Customer Care team at 1-855-800-7976 (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday).

    Coming soon: We’re working on a new way for all customers to create and sign up for myAccount in the coming months.

  • For Online Banking, each online banking user sets their own username and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, please use the Forgot Password link to reset it.

    For myAccount, you use your email address to access your account. If you’ve forgotten your password, please use the Forgot Password link to reset it.

  • For online banking access help:

  • We offer several ways to make a payment on your loan. As a rule, whenever you make a payment on your loan, the amounts due (e.g. principal, interest, escrow, and/or fees if applicable) are paid first before additional principal can be paid. Learn more about our payment options and choose the payment method that is right for you.

  • If your autopay was originally set up by one of our team members, please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-855-800-7976 (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday) for assistance with updating your recurring payment, modifying payment details, or changing the account used for payment.

    If you originally set up your autopay through Online Banking, you can manage it anytime by signing in to Online Banking and navigating to Payments à Autopay Settings. There, you can schedule or update recurring payments, change the payment amount, or select a different payment account.

  • If you believe you’ve been a victim of fraud or identity theft, it’s critical you act quickly.

    Please contact Customer Care at 1-855-800-7976 (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday) to report the situation. It’s also important you contact your other financial institutions and alert them to your concerns.
